In this paper, we present a system of two trapped ions, each of which is inside a different optical cavity, which are coupled between them. We made a comparative analysis for the two qubits quantum state transfer between two diferent coupling types: (1) directly connected cavities with partial refective mirrors and (2) cavities connected by an optical fiber. Here, we observed that the presence of a nonresonant collective field mode causes a difference in the temporal evolution for the two coupling types. © Anita Publications. All rights reserved.
